Starseeds Rising Cancellation Policy
This policy is in place to encourage common courtesy.
Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for You!
Due to the individualized focus and one on one nature of appointments,
Cancellations can affect me significantly.
Please keep in mind last minute cancellations leave me with empty appointment times and inconvenience others who are unable to reserve services.
I do everything I can to provide the best possible service to all of my clients.
I would love to heal the whole world!

Through conscientious communication we can all get the most out of our 24hr days.
Given this fact, I request clients provide a 12-hour cancellation notice.
- Cancellations outside of 12 hours of the appointment time will have no fee! I look forward to your rescheduling with me.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time will have varying fees:
- Within 3 hours of the appointment time a fee of $40.00 will be due.
- Within 3-12 hours of the appointment time a fee of $20.00 will be due.
- If I am able to fill your appointment spot, NO Fees will be added!
- No Call / No Show: for this unfortunate event, I require 100% of appointment fee to be paid.
- Cancellation fees must be collected before any further appointments are attended.
- Gift certificates will be voided by failing to make your appointment, or for canceling without sufficient notice.
Of course I do understand that life is complicated! In the event of reasonable and unexpected life events, or illness, I may waive this policy. This decision is made at my discretion based on our mutual communication and understanding!
I do want to continue to work with you! Please reach out as soon as you become aware of dynamics that will affect your scheduled appointment time with me.
