In a Level 1 Reiki Class you will learn the history of Reiki, Tools to tap into the energy of the Earth and how to gain a deeper connection with the Universe around you. We will discuss Chakra energy exchange and the necessity of balanced flow throughout this system. You will practice using these tools to bring health to your body, mind, and spirit. This Level focuses on self-treatment and care of the physical body. It is the basis for all other levels of Reiki Healing.

A healthy flow of energy within and through our body systems reduces stress, increases immune function, supports optimal healing of wounds, and surgical procedures, assists in clarity of thought, promotes spiritual growth and opens our conscious minds to our deeper inner guidance.
